Realtor.com seeks a Sr. AI Solutions Engineer to turn business challenges into practical AI solutions. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions across Assist, Automate, and Compose tracks.

Qualifications

• Experience turning requirements into AI use cases.
• Hands-on with knowledge retrieval tools and prompt libraries.
• Familiar with CI/CD and cloud-based development.
• Strong data and API experience (SQL, REST, JSON, CSV).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; teaching/workshop experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders, map workflows, and select AI tracks (Assist, Automate, or Compose).
• Prototype knowledge copilots and prompt libraries; define retrieval configs.
• Build agentic workflows and productionize solutions across tools (LangChain, n8n, etc.).
• Create fullstack AI apps with integrations across internal tools and runbooks.
• Develop AI flight-school decks and hands-on labs for teams; run office hours.
• Track adoption and iterate solutions based on feedback.
