Realtor.com® in Austin, TX is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define the vision and strategy for our AI-native product experiences. You’ll shape how clients interact with our data and insights, bridging product, engineering, and data science to scale AI across enterprise platforms.

You will collaborate with executives, own the AI product roadmap, ensure data quality and trust, and translate strategic priorities into actionable bets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience shipping AI or ML-powered features.
• Experience partnering with data science and engineering teams on model selection and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-native product vision and strategy for client-facing products.
• Own AI-native interaction model across the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering on model choices and data pipelines.
• Set quality and trust standards for AI outputs.
• Develop business cases and tradeoffs for AI capabilities.
• Partner with executives to align strategy with portfolio.
