Realtor.com is hiring a Sr. AI Solutions Engineer to turn business challenges into practical AI solutions. You will design AI workflows, prototype copilots, and build end-to-end applications across Assist, Automate, and Compose tracks, enabling teams to ship faster.

Join a collaborative, in-person culture with four or more days in the office, and help empower product, engineering, and ops teams through scalable AI solutions and coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience turning requirements into AI use cases.
• Hands-on with knowledge retrieval tools and prompts.
• Experience with cloud-native development and deployment.
• Familiarity with monitoring and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders and map workflows to pick AI tracks.
• Prototype Assist solutions with knowledge copilots.
• Develop/Automate workflows with agentic tools and APIs.
• Create Compose solutions and own full lifecycle of apps.
• Teach others with labs, cheat sheets, and office hours.
• Measure adoption and share lessons for next cycles.
