Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years in a technical client-facing role or hands-on software development pivot.
• Strong JavaScript, Python, Node.js, and REST/SOAP API experience.
• Interest in AI technologies, including prompt engineering, LLMs, and autonomous workflows.
• Willingness to travel between 20% and 30% annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop POCs and tailored prototypes to demonstrate Zendesk’s platform and AI capabilities.
• Build and maintain API integrations connecting Zendesk to client tech stacks.
• Lead technical validations and security reviews with account teams.
• Scale internal tooling with reusable code, demo accelerators, and automation templates.
• Stay on the cutting edge of AI, LLMs, and autonomous agent frameworks.
