Job summary

Egnyte is seeking a Senior Consultant, Professional Services - AI Services, to design and deliver AI-centric solutions for enterprise customers from a remote US location. You will build custom AI agents, integrate with MCP, and guide on architecture and best practices to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing Technology Consulting or Professional Services role.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with state-of-the-art AI technologies including LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with MCP integrations and agentic AI architectures; ability to advise customers and build working solutions.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern SaaS integration patterns; cloud certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to build custom AI-driven solutions and workflows leveraging AI agents and MCP integrations.
• Guide customers during pre-sales architecture reviews and throughout engagements to shape designs delivering business value.
• Stay current with AI landscape and translate knowledge into actionable guidance for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and ensure value realization.
• Establish best practices, delivery frameworks, and reusable patterns for the AI practice.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns that complement Egnyte’s platform.
