Job summary

CEI America is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to design, lead, and scale enterprise AI solutions for clients. This role owns the end-to-end architecture of AI/ML systems, from strategy and solution design through deployment, and serves as the technical authority guiding internal delivery teams and client stakeholders on production-ready AI implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in software/data architecture, with 4+ years focused on AI/ML architecture.
• Proven hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong expertise in at least one major cloud platform's AI/ML stack (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI).
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI frameworks, and modern ML architectures (RAG, vector databases, fine-tuning).
• Solid understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and enterprise data architecture.
• Excellent communication skills for executive and client stakeholder presentations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2 basis (No C2C).

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions, including generative AI and LLM-based apps.
• Lead technical strategy for AI platform selection, model architecture, data pipelines, and MLOps.
• Collaborate with data engineers, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure secure, scalable, production-ready AI.
• Serve as the client-facing technical expert during presales, discovery, and design engagements.
• Evaluate and recommend AI/ML frameworks, cloud services, and tooling based on client needs.
• Establish architectural standards, governance, and best practices for AI development and monitoring.
• Guide integration of AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and data infrastructure.
• Stay current on emerging AI/ML technologies and provide internal/external thought leadership.
• Mentor technical teams on AI architecture patterns and responsible AI practices.
