Job summary

Ushur, Inc. is seeking a Sr Solutions Consultant to bridge sales, product and consulting efforts. You will scope and design end-user and customer automation journeys using AI, support deployments at large accounts, and lead executive-level demonstrations.

The role involves guiding technical discovery and crafting proofs of concept. The position requires deep SaaS experience, strong leadership, and ability to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of IT or related experience, with 4 years in solution consulting at a mid-to-large SaaS enterprise.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with comfort in executive-level presentations.
• Experience with modern project management tools like Jira or Asana.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with customers and sales teams to recommend intelligent automation solutions, help solve problems and learn new opportunities for product enhancements.
• Work as a trusted advisor to client to help them meet their strategic business goals with our technology.
• From discovery to implementation, provide ongoing technical support to help close deals.
• Build relationships with client to build presence in accounts and impact successful outcomes.
• Scoping and specifying complete process and conversation AI solutions.
• Handling customer technical discovery process, providing the best recommendations for customer initiatives and support for deployments at large accounts.
