Job summary

UMATR in Austin, TX is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to join our US post-sales team and work directly with enterprise customers across Operations, Finance, HR, Technology and beyond.

You’ll dive under the hood of how a business really works, uncover bottlenecks, and design AI agents, automation and improved workflows. You’ll then turn those ideas into clear, build-ready blueprints that our AI Engineers and Architects can implement and validate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting or Technical Business Analysis.
• Strong discovery leadership for complex business processes.
• Ability to map integrations and data flows across enterprise systems.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing agentic AI company helping large organisations transform complex, manual processes into intelligent, automated workflows.

They’re looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to join their US post-sales team and work directly with enterprise customers across Operations, Finance, HR, Technology and beyond.

This isn’t a traditional implementation role where you’re handed a specification and told to deliver it.

You’ll get under the hood of how a business actually works, uncovering bottlenecks, challenging processes that have existed for years and identifying where AI agents, automation and better workflow design could completely change the way teams operate.

You’ll then turn those ideas into clear, build-ready solutions that AI Engineers and Architects can bring to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand complex processes, systems and pain points.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to redesign or automate workflows using AI.
• Challenge existing ways of working rather than simply digitising them.
• Turn business problems into clear solution blueprints, requirements and process flows.
• Map integrations, APIs, data flows and dependencies across enterprise systems.
• Work closely with AI Engineers and Architects from initial concept through to delivery and UAT.
• Define success metrics and demonstrate the business impact of proposed solutions.
• Present solutions to stakeholders from operational teams through to VP and C-level leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting or Technical Business Analysis.
• Strong experience leading discovery and understanding complex business processes.
• The ability to look at an existing workflow and ask, “why are we doing it this way?”
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and enterprise systems.
• Comfortable discussing AI and automation without needing to be a Software Engineer.
• Strong process-mapping and requirements-engineering skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structured, build-ready solutions.
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
