Job summary
Ushur, Inc. is seeking a Technical Success Manager to bridge product expertise and customer success strategy for enterprise customers. This role focuses on adoption, expansion, and advocacy, acting as a trusted technical advisor while managing relationships and delivery across multiple projects.
Located near Santa Clara, the position is hybrid with 2–3 days in the office. You will map business processes to Ushur’s AI-powered capabilities, lead implementations, and ensure customers realize
Qualifications
- 8–10 years in SaaS with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, or Technical Delivery Management
- 5+ years managing complex enterprise relationships with large contracts (7–8 figures)
- Strong background in technical implementation, workflow automation, or AI-powered SaaS solutions
- Experience working with VP and C-level executives across business and IT
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional internal resources across multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary post-sales point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts
- Build executive-level relationships with customer sponsors and technical stakeholders
- Drive value realization and support retention and expansion
- Lead POCs, pilots, and solution delivery for strategic customers
- Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and align with enterprise architecture
- Enable customers through training, workshops, and executive reviews
