Job summary

Nimble is a fast-growing AI web search company seeking a Solution Consultant in NYC. You will bridge customer challenges with transformative solutions, combining Python, APIs, and data expertise to position Nimble as essential for AI-driven enterprises.

The role focuses on pre-sales discovery through POCs, with 3 days in the NYC office weekly and a compensation range of $210k–$250k OTE.

Qualifications

• 4+ years pre-sales or solutions consulting with technical SaaS products, preferably in data, analytics, API platforms, or developer tools.
• Proven consultative selling and solution-oriented approach. Ask insightful discovery questions that uncover true business needs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Tailor technical concepts for different audiences, from C-level executives to implementation engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Quickly understand complex technical environments and design elegant solutions.
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in fast-paced startup environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar).
• Proven consultative selling approach, ask insightful discovery questions that uncover true business needs and quantifiable impact

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges, technical architecture, and strategic objectives.
• Architect and present custom solutions that translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders from C-suite to engineers.
• Execute compelling technical demonstrations and POCs through live API integrations, Python workflows, and data pipeline demonstrations.
• Serve as strategic trusted technical advisor and business partner throughout the sales cycle, guiding on architecture and integration approaches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing to translate customer use cases into technical stories, demos, and content.
• Drive adoption and expansion by identifying new use cases and partnering with Customer Success.
• Own and deliver custom proposals, solution decks, and architectural presentations tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Develop reusable technical assets, demo environments, and best practices that enable the broader sales organization.
• Lead white-boarding sessions and solution design workshops to establish technical consensus and de-risk implementation across stakeholders
