AHEAD is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, AI Services to lead architecture, engineering, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions for clients. This senior role combines software depth with applied AI fluency, enterprise architecture judgment, and consulting-style leadership.

You will guide engineering teams, make trade-offs, and drive AI initiatives from prototype to measurable business impact.

Qualifikationen

• Typically 7–12+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Strong hands-on engineering with Python, APIs, and cloud-native development.
• Experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with RAG, LLM patterns, orchestration, and vector databases.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and security practices.
• Ability to lead technical teams and communicate with executives.

• Architect and lead enterprise AI solutions from design to deployment.
• Direct multiple client engagements, including planning, design, build, and delivery.
• Establish production-grade AI engineering standards and governance.
