Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to lead AI/Azure Platform Engineering engagements for enterprise clients in the US. You own end-to-end delivery from assessment to design, build, and hand-off to client teams.

You will mentor junior consultants, present to engineering leaders, and shape solutions spanning Azure landing zones, migrations, and AI agent platforms while ensuring governance and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering or technical consulting.
• 5+ years delivering Azure infrastructure, landing zones, or migrations.
• At least 18 months delivering GenAI or agent systems to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting and delivery leadership for Azure platform engineering engagements.
• Design and deploy enterprise-scale Azure landing zones per CAF, with governance foundations.
• Plan and execute migrations to Azure and establish hybrid connectivity.
• Own cost governance and FinOps practices for clients.
