CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Lead AI Solution Architect to design and deploy cloud-native, AI-powered healthcare solutions. You will lead architecture across product, engineering, data and business teams to translate ideas into scalable, production-ready platforms.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong AI/ML, cloud, and healthcare domain experience, plus the ability to guide strategy and oversee implementation for successful deployment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles with technical leadership experience.
• 5+ years of full stack development experience and strong cloud/Microservices exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, define, and execute end-to-end AI-enabled strategic solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within assigned projects or areas.
• Develop architectural designs and solutions, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior and senior architects in project-related tasks and skill development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective architectural solutions.
• Assess new technologies and methodologies to enhance processes and adoption where applicable.
• Lead architecture design reviews and drive modernization opportunities for Healthcare BU.
