CVS Health is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to design, build, and maintain scalable application architectures. You will collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, IT teams, and management to align technical solutions with business goals.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering/architecture, cloud experience (GCP/AWS), and strong leadership. This is a full-time, remote-friendly position with competitive benefits and a broad scope across CVS locations.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles
• 5+ years of full stack development experience
• 5+ years cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and microservices
• Experience with non-functional requirements (SLA, latency, real time)
• Experience with interoperability FHIR HL7 standards
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute architectural strategies aligned with project objectives
• Lead architecture initiatives within assigned projects or areas
• Develop architectural designs and solutions, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior and senior architects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver architectural solutions
• Assess new technologies and advise adoption where applicable
• Lead architecture design reviews and drive modernization opportunities for Healthcare BU
