CVS Health is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead design and deployment of cloud-native, AI-powered healthcare solutions. You will collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to turn ideas into scalable, production-ready platforms.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep AI and cloud expertise, healthcare process knowledge, and a pragmatic focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in software engineering or architecture roles.
• Strong ability to design for non-functional requirements (SLA, latency, real-time constraints).
• 5+ years of full-stack development and 5+ years of database experience (SQL/NoSQL).
• Cloud, microservices, API design experience across GCP/AWS.
• 3+ years hands-on AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git and Kafka.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Healthcare domain knowledge and workflows awareness.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and execute end-to-end AI-enabled strategic solutions.
• Lead architecture initiatives within projects and mentor architects.
• Create architectural designs aligned with standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver architecture solutions.
