Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Data Engineering and AI Platforms leader to guide enterprise data products and cloud-native data foundations. You will coordinate with data science, security, governance and product teams to deliver scalable, secure data capabilities for analytics and AI-enabled experiences.

You will influence architecture decisions, drive DevSecOps and DataOps, and champion responsible AI practices across complex healthcare data ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering, software engineering or analytics engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineers or cross-functional delivery for complex data solutions.
• Experience designing and operating cloud-based data pipelines, lakes, warehouses or lakehouse platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and multi-quarter roadmaps for enterprise data products and AI-ready data foundations.
• Lead batch, streaming and event-driven data solutions across cloud platforms with scalable architecture.
• Operate data quality, observability, governance and security controls across pipelines and products.
• Partner with data scientists, ML engineers and product teams to operationalize AI/ML use cases.
