Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles.
• Strong experience with interoperability FHIR HL7 standards.
• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• 5+ years of SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis and related databases.
• 5+ years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices and API design.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka.
• Experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks (Angular/JavaScript).
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, especially Generative AI and LLMs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience or certification in cloud platforms (Salesforce, GCP, Azure & AWS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute architectural strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within assigned projects or areas.
• Develop architectural designs and solutions, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior and senior architects in project-related tasks and skill development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective architectural solutions.
• Assess new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance application processes and recommend adoption.
• Lead architecture design reviews and identify gaps and recommend changes.
• Drive modernization opportunities for Healthcare Unit while aligning with the IT landscape.
