You will develop deep product expertise, lead technical engagements, and ensure adherence to PS standards while guiding project teams through complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience with the Genesys Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Development experience with APIs, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills.
