Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to drive deployment and support of Genesys Cloud solutions for customers and partners. You will develop deep product expertise and act as lead technical architect, advisor, or engineer on strategic accounts.

Responsibilities include delivering cloud-based engagements, following PS standards, and guiding project teams. Strong communication, AWS knowledge, and API/JS experience are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Telecommunication/Computer Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with the Genesys Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Development experience building apps leveraging APIs, JSON, and JavaScript.
• 8+ years of related experience with APIs, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Software/tools: Wireshark, MS Visio, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Genesys Cloud solutions for customers or Partners.
• Develop a high level of expertise across Genesys products.
• Lead technical engagements for large or strategic customers or accounts.
• Follow professional services implementation standards.
• Assess complex project situations and recommend solutions to Genesys and customers.
• Suggest process improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
