Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant in Massachusetts to lead deployment and support for Genesys Cloud solutions across large, strategic accounts. The role demands deep product expertise, hands-on technical leadership, and strong collaboration with project managers to ensure successful delivery.

The candidate will work on AI-enabled experiences, integration projects, and cloud deployments while maintaining high customer satisfaction and project effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Telecommunication/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Technology, related technical discipline, or equivalent professional technical experience
• 3+ years of experience with the Genesys Cloud Platform
• Knowledge on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Development experience build apps and integration leveraging APIs, JSON, and JavaScript
• Excellent communication skills
• Software: Wireshark, MS Visio, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Email (MS Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Delivers Genesys Cloud solutions for customers or Partners.
• Develops a high level of expertise across the majority of Genesys products.
• Lead technical engagements for large or strategic customers.
• Assesses complex project situations to make appropriate recommendations.
• Initiates and suggests process improvements to increase efficiencies for delivery of Genesys Cloud solutions.
• Maintains on average of 70% utilization for billable projects.
• Provides onsite/remote support for customer escalations as needed.
