Litify is seeking a Solution Architect to join the Litify AI team within Professional Services. You will own the end-to-end implementation of Litify AI on the Salesforce platform, designing custom agent workflows and providing strategic guidance to clients.

This fully remote role requires leading technical discussions with executives and translating complex AI concepts for non-technical users. Expect collaboration with a Project Manager, cross-functional teams, and clients across the United

Formación

• Proven Salesforce implementation experience in a professional services environment.
• Ability to translate AI architecture for both executives and end users.
• Experience owning technical workstreams from requirements to delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Demo Litify AI capabilities to clients and prospects with tailored use cases.
• Lead discovery sessions to capture requirements and craft solution designs.
• Build AI agent workflows on Litify AI’s Salesforce framework end-to-end.
• Advise clients on capabilities, best practices, and product roadmap.
• Collaborate with PM to scope, plan, and deliver implementations on time.
• Document designs and implementation guides for clients and internal teams.
