Job summary

Litify seeks a highly skilled Agent Architect to design autonomous AI workflows that drive client ROI. You will bridge business goals with technical execution, configuring AI demos and client trials for maximum success.

Reports to the Director of Customer Success. Requires 2+ years with Salesforce and Litify, strong admin skills, and proven experience in complex Salesforce automations and project leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Salesforce experience and Litify proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration; Advanced Admin Certification preferred.
• 2+ years building Salesforce automations and flows; experience with 3rd party components.

Responsibilities

• Design and build autonomous AI agent flows for demos and trials.
• Collaborate with Sales/Success to define Trial Objectives and client-specific workflows.
• Lead configuration of AI prompt libraries and autonomous trial workflows.
• Provide guidance to Sales Engineers on demo flows and product updates.
• Troubleshoot permissions, test end-to-end, and optimize adoption during trials.
• Lead post-rollout customizations to ensure long-term client success.
• Create and deliver internal/external AI/Agent documentation and training.
