Ladders is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to act as a strategic bridge between customers, legal workflows, and emerging AI capabilities. You will help law firm clients identify high-value use cases, shape adoption strategies, and demonstrate AI-driven efficiency across complex legal processes.

You will collaborate with Customer Success and product teams to translate feedback into practical solutions. Role emphasizes remote US-based work with a focus on guiding clients through AI integration,

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school is required.
• Experience in a law firm or comparable setting is required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly with Enterprise accounts is expected.
• Familiarity with legal workflows such as due diligence and eDiscovery is preferred.
• Demonstrable experience with generative AI applications.
• Proficient in using online legal research tools and Relativity is preferred.
• Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for learning new AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery sessions and solution demonstrations with law firm customers.
• Support customers by identifying and prioritizing legal AI use cases.
• Develop and execute AI adoption strategies with Customer Success Managers.
• Document best practices for applying AI across legal workflows.
• Determine the best solutions for customer needs, including integrations and custom development.
• Communicate customer needs to cross-functional teams to improve AI products.
• Contribute to thought leadership through customer engagement and content creation.
