Slalom is seeking Architect and Senior Architect professionals to lead hybrid development teams across US client offices in Florida and Minnesota. You will influence SDLC decisions, translate AI initiatives into scalable solutions, and deliver full-stack software with modern frameworks and cloud platforms.

You will guide teams through design, development, and transition of software stacks, leveraging GenAI tools and agile practices to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Qualifications

• Leads small development teams to deliver validated code.
• Contributes to velocity while collaborating effectively and guiding others.
• Proficient in full-stack development and modern cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead discovery and delivery phases with technologists.
• Collaborate across capabilities to design, develop, validate, and operate software at scale.
• Lead implementation planning and align with product roadmap.
• Write high-quality code using emerging technologies and GenAI tools for cloud ecosystems.
• Provide guidance for other software engineers and mentor teammates.
• Verify components with unit and integration tests.
• Develop scripts to automate production procedures.
• Share materials and thought leadership to advance the craft.
