Job summary

Slalom Build is hiring for Architect/Senior Architect roles with a hybrid schedule at client offices in West Palm Beach/Ft. Lauderdale, FL or St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN. You will partner with engineering leaders to influence SDLC decisions and translate AI initiatives into impactful, scalable software solutions.

You’ll co-lead discovery, design and delivery, mentor engineers, and help shape secure, cloud-based architectures using GenAI tools and modern practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small architectural teams to deliver software.
• Designing scalable web and mobile applications with modern frameworks.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and transition of the full software stack.
• Mentor and coach teammates, aligning data, API and UI components.
• Collaborate in agile teams and drive delivery of AI-enabled solutions.
