Job summary

Slalom is seeking an Architect or Senior Architect to join a hybrid client‑office team in the greater West Palm Beach/Ft. Lauderdale, FL or St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN metro areas.

You will lead a product engineering squad, translate business priorities into scalable software, and mentor others while adopting GenAI tools to accelerate delivery. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, design cloud‑based solutions using React, Python, AWS, and modern frameworks, and contribute to AI‑powered

Qualifications

• Architect or Senior Architect with hybrid work structure in West Palm Beach/Ft. Lauderdale, FL or St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN metro areas.

Responsibilities

• Co‑lead discovery and delivery project phases alongside other technologists.
• Collaborate with other software development capabilities to iteratively design, develop, validate, and operate software at scale using agile principles.
• Lead or contribute to the development of implementation plans: designing the solution, setting patterns and practices and aligning to the product roadmap.
• Write high‑quality application code using emerging technologies, frameworks, and GenAI tools, typically targeting cloud‑based ecosystems.
• Provide oversight and guidance for other software engineers.
• Verify unit and integration level components using proven validation techniques.
• Develop supporting scripts and routines that automate procedures and help maintain components in production environments.
• Advance the craft by developing and sharing materials and thought leadership with others.
