Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Security Senior Manager to join our Cyber Strategy & Transformation team in Jacksonville. You will advise executives on enterprise AI security strategy, drive multi-workstream programs, and shape governance models aligned with client risk appetites.

Lead engagements, manage delivery risk, and contribute to growth through differentiated solutions and thought leadership in AI security. Domestic travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity or Risk Management.
• 12+ years in cybersecurity, risk management or tech consulting.
• 12+ years advising on AI/ML risk at the executive level.
• Experience leading enterprise AI governance and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and risk related to design.
• Familiarity with AI risk frameworks: NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act.
• Proven ability to oversee multi-workstream programs and client engagements.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on enterprise AI security strategy, governance, and risk appetite.
• Lead complex AI security strategy projects and implementations end-to-end.
• Define scalable cybersecurity and governance patterns and reporting models.
• Provide strategic oversight across data, infra, identity, app security, and security ops.
• Shape differentiated solutions, workshops, scope, and delivery approaches.
• Oversee client relationships, delivery quality, and account growth.
• Build practice capability through offerings and accelerators.
