Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Security Senior Consultant in the Cyber Strategy & Transformation space to help clients assess and govern AI cybersecurity risks. You will define controls, governance, policy, and risk management approaches for secure AI deployment across the enterprise.

You will work with Data, Infrastructure, Identity, and Application Security teams, mentor junior staff, and drive workstreams while supporting client engagements and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT/Cybersecurity or Risk Management.
• 4+ years in cybersecurity, risk, or tech consulting with AI/ML exposure.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts including model development and tuning.
• Familiarity with AI risk/security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS).
• Ability to travel 25–50% and willingness to engage with regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and current-state AI cybersecurity assessments across units.
• Facilitate workshops with security, risk, data science, legal and business leaders.
• Develop AI risk registers, control frameworks and maturity assessments.
• Translate recommendations into roadmaps and coordinate with practitioners.
• Draft governance artifacts and AI policy templates.
• Lead workstreams, guide consultants, and support client demonstrations and pursuits.
