The role blends executive client leadership with cross‑capability delivery, shapes strategic solutions, drives pursuits, and helps build reusable accelerators while mentoring future leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT/Cybersecurity or Risk Management.
• 12+ years of combined cybersecurity, risk management, or technology consulting experience.
• 12+ years advising on AI/ML or emerging tech risk at executive level.
• Experience leading enterprise AI governance, risk, or security programs across multiple domains.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and generative AI or agentic system risk.
• Experience with AI risk frameworks and regulations (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act).
• Experience overseeing multi-workstream programs including strategy, design, and delivery risk.
• Experience leading client engagements and account growth.
• Travel 25-50% on average; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Advise security, risk, data, technology, and business leaders on AI security strategy and governance.
• Lead multi-workstream AI security strategy projects from assessment to governance design and adoption.
• Define scalable cybersecurity and governance patterns, including risk taxonomies and board reporting.
• Provide strategic oversight across data, infrastructure, identity, app security, and security operations.
• Lead pursuits and account growth by shaping strategic solutions, workshops, and delivery approaches.
• Oversee client relationships, delivery quality, and engagement risk across a portfolio.
• Build practice capability through offerings, alliances, accelerators, and future leaders.
