Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Security Manager to lead cybersecurity strategy engagements for clients adopting AI. You will translate business risk into governance, controls, and risk operating models while guiding cross-functional teams through assessment to implementation.

The role requires deep AI risk expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to shape proposals, playbooks, and repeatable assets for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, or tech consulting with AI/ML risk experience.
• Design AI governance frameworks, risk operating models, or security strategy programs.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and risk in generative AI with recognized frameworks.
• Lead client-facing advisory or risk engagements and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 25%-50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI cybersecurity strategy assessments, governance workshops, and risk operating model design.
• Translate objectives and risk into AI governance frameworks and control operating models.
• Advise clients on AI security strategy and review governance artifacts and risk assessments.
• Manage engagement scope, teams, milestones, quality, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with data, infrastructure, identity, application security, and security ops leaders.
• Shape solutions during pursuits and develop reusable cyber strategy assets.
