Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks an AI Security Senior Manager to guide enterprise AI security strategy and governance for clients in the United States. You will lead multi-workstream initiatives and design scalable AI risk frameworks across data, identity, and infrastructure.

You will mentor teams, oversee engagements, and drive account growth while advancing offerings through partnerships and thought leadership. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity or Risk Management.
• 12+ years cybersecurity, risk management or technology consulting experience.
• 12+ years advising on AI/ML or emerging technology risk at the executive level.
• Experience leading enterprise AI governance, risk, or security strategy programs spanning identity, data, infrastructure, and application security domains.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and generative AI risk in roles involving design review with engineering leaders.
• Experience with AI risk frameworks and regulations (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act).
• Experience overseeing multi-workstream programs including strategic recommendations and delivery risk management.
• Experience leading client engagements, executive relationships, and account growth.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Advise security, risk, data, technology, and business leaders on enterprise AI security strategy, governance, and risk appetite.
• Lead complex, multi-workstream AI security strategy projects and implementations from current-state assessment to governance adoption.
• Define scalable cybersecurity and governance patterns, including AI risk taxonomies and policy structures.
• Provide strategic oversight across Data, Infrastructure, Identity, Application Security, and Security Operations workstreams.
• Lead pursuits and account growth by shaping differentiated strategic solutions and delivery approaches.
• Oversee client relationships, delivery quality, and satisfaction across AI security strategy work.
• Build practice capability through offerings, alliances, and development of future leaders.
