Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/IT/cybersecurity/risk management.
• 12+ years cybersecurity or technology consulting experience.
• 12+ years advising on AI/ML or emerging tech risk at executive level.
• Experience leading enterprise AI governance and security strategy programs.
• Experience with AI risk frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act).
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on enterprise AI security strategy and governance.
• Lead multi-workstream AI security strategy projects and implementations.
• Define scalable cybersecurity patterns, risk taxonomies, and policy structures.
• Provide oversight across data, infrastructure, identity, app security, and security ops.
• Lead pursuits and account growth with differentiated solutions and pricing input.
• Oversee client relationships, delivery quality, and satisfaction across AI security work.
• Build practice capability through offerings, alliances, accelerators, and leadership development.
