Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of combined cybersecurity, risk management, or technology consulting experience.
• 12+ years advising on AI/ML or emerging technology risk at the executive level.
• Experience leading enterprise AI governance and security strategy programs across identity, data, infrastructure, and application security domains.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and generative AI risk, including engagement with engineering leaders.
• Familiarity with AI risk frameworks and regulations (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act).
• Experience overseeing multi-workstream programs with strategic recommendations and risk management.
• Ability to travel 25-50% and may have limited immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Advise security, risk, data, technology, and business leaders on enterprise AI security strategy, governance, and risk appetite.
• Lead complex, multi-workstream AI security strategy projects from assessment to governance adoption.
• Define scalable cybersecurity patterns, AI risk taxonomies, and control frameworks for board reporting.
• Provide strategic oversight across Data, Infrastructure, Identity, Application Security, and Security Operations workstreams.
• Lead pursuits and account growth with differentiated strategic solutions and delivery approaches.
• Oversee client relationships, engagement quality, delivery risk, and satisfaction across AI security strategy work.
• Build practice capability through offerings, alliances, accelerators, and development of future leaders.
