Job summary

Check Point Software is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary technical contact for prospects, designing solutions aligned with their infrastructure using our platform. You will work with Customer Success to onboard customers quickly and ensure they realize value from the platform.

You will develop technical documentation and guides, support product configuration, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role.
• Proven track record managing relationships with large, complex organizations, preferably with a deeply technical enterprise product.
• Proficiency coding in Python and Javascript ecosystems.
• Experience enabling large-scale implementations in AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform preferred.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and IT processes when implementing B2B products at large enterprises.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to present to customers of various sizes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for prospects evaluating our product and design solutions aligned with their infrastructure.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure rapid onboarding and realization of value from the platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and guides for pre-sales and post-sales workflows.
• Support product configuration and deliver minor technical changes for implementations.
• Feed prospect feedback into Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.
