Job summary

Bank of America seeks a highly technical Senior Engineer to lead AI security, platform modernization, and developer productivity initiatives within Digital Technology. You will architect and build solutions to improve engineering efficiency, strengthen security, and accelerate software delivery.

The role requires hands-on expertise across CI/CD, cloud, Kubernetes, and secure AI development, with responsibility for end-to-end solution design and delivery across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering and platform experience.
• Strong hands-on with large-scale distributed systems and enterprise design.
• Experience with AI/LLM consumption, AI platform integration, and secure AI development.
• Deep knowledge of AI security and remediation practices.
• Experience leading vulnerability remediation programs including Mythos scans.
• Proven ability to design CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release engineering.

Responsibilities

• Ensure design/engineering approach aligns with portfolio solutions.
• Define tech stack and evaluate/testing frameworks for teams.
• Enable CI/CD capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Guide teams on high-performance coding and reviews.
• Deliver end-to-end complex features across programs.
• Research and prototyping of tools for release management and CI/CD.
• Lead AI vulnerability remediation and secure software delivery initiatives.
• Drive platform modernization and debt reduction.
• Establish enterprise engineering standards with multiple teams.
