Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior security leader to define the engineering approach for GenAI platforms in Global Markets. You will shape the technology stack, implement CI/CD, and drive end-to-end delivery of complex features across multiple teams.

The role focuses on safeguarding multi-tenant cloud-native architectures, IAM, data protection, and guardrails for AI models, with collaboration across Sales, QSDG, and Platform teams to deliver secure, scalable GenAI solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, security architecture, or platform security engineering.
• Strong expertise in IAM, OAuth2, mTLS, API security and zero-trust design.
• Experience designing secure distributed, cloud-native platforms and multi-tenant systems.
• Knowledge of data protection, encryption, auditability, logging, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Defines and leads the design/engineering approach for complex GenAI features.
• Establishes security architecture, identity/access control, and API guardrails.
• Leads threat modeling, risk assessment, and secure release management.
