Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, and platform engineering experience.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and enterprise platform design.
• Proven expertise in AI/LLM consumption patterns, AI platform integration, and secure AI development.
• Deep understanding of AI security risks, vulnerability management, and remediation practices.
• Experience leading vulnerability remediation programs, including analysis, prioritization, and mitigation of AI-related findings.
• Experience developing remediation roadmaps and driving security modernization initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of application security, secure coding practices, OWASP, and API security.
• Hands-on experience with Java ecosystem modernization, including JDK upgrades and framework modernization.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, DevSecOps, and release engineering.
• Strong cloud, containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation experience.
• Ability to provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensures design and engineering approach for complex features aligns with portfolio strategy.
• Define technology tool stack and evaluate new testing practices for teams.
• Enable CI/CD capabilities and coordinate with stakeholders for efficient pipelines.
• Guide teams on design and best practices for high code performance.
• Deliver end-to-end complex features across one or multiple teams at program level.
• Conduct research, prototyping, and tool evaluation for release management and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with architects to establish high-level solution needs and technical requirements.
• Lead AI-related vulnerability identification, triage, and remediation.
• Build developer productivity solutions to accelerate secure software delivery.
• Drive platform modernization including JDK/framework upgrades and debt reduction.
• Enable rapid-release capabilities for critical remediation and security response.
• Partner with Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Development teams to set standards.
• Develop automation to reduce remediation lead times and improve efficiency.
• Champion secure AI adoption and best practices for AI-powered development.
