Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Lead for PVT AI opportunities, driving end-to-end deal shaping and pursuit execution to convert demand into profitable proposals.

You will work with solution architects, data/AI experts, cloud, cybersecurity, and legal teams to craft integrated solutions and commercial models, while guiding teams through stages and ensuring competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales capture or enterprise sales experience.
• 2+ years in direct sales with quota of $10M+.
• 3+ years in deal lifecycle, pricing and delivery handover.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional Pursuit teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales pursuit and deal shaping for PVT AI opportunities.
• Translate priorities into business value propositions around secure AI and governance.
• Collaborate with architects, data/AI SMEs, cloud, cybersecurity, and legal to create integrated solution.
• Develop pursuit strategy, value hypothesis, and win themes.
• Manage proposal inputs, pricing, and commercial assumptions to align with strategy.
• Facilitate client discussions, workshops, and negotiations through sales stages.
• Monitor competitor positioning and procurement dynamics; adjust tactics.
• Coordinate readiness, data quality, reviews, and escalation.
• Collaborate with delivery leadership on feasibility and handover before contract signature.
• Capture lessons for the practice from pursuits.
