Accenture seeks a Sales Capture Senior Manager to lead end-to-end PVT AI deal shaping and sales pursuit for strategic opportunities, turning qualified demand into compelling proposals and profitable contracts.

You will work with solution architects, data/AI SMEs, cloud/infrastructure, cybersecurity, delivery, pricing and legal to create integrated solutions and strong commercial models, guiding multi-disciplinary teams through complex pursuits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales capture, deal shaping, pursuit management or solution-led enterprise sales.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in direct sales with quota of $10M+.
• Minimum 3+ years of deal lifecycle, pricing collaboration and delivery handover.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end sales pursuit and deal shaping activities for PVT AI opportunities.
• Translate client priorities into clear value propositions and commercial models.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data/AI SMEs, cloud teams, cybersecurity, and legal to craft integrated solutions.
• Develop pursuit strategy, win themes and proposal narratives.
• Manage inputs, reviews and pricing discussions to stay aligned with sales strategy.
• Facilitate client discussions, workshops and negotiations through sales stages.
