Accenture is seeking a seasoned Sales Capture Lead to originate and own high-value opportunities across our client base, driving a $32M+ annual sales target. You will craft compelling AI-driven value propositions and engage C-suite stakeholders to shape deals with ecosystem partners such as Palantir, AWS, and Databricks.

With 10+ years of cloud/AI sales experience and proven full-cycle leadership, you will mentor teams, coordinate with delivery, and navigate complex negotiations to close

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience selling cloud-based data solutions, AI/ML platforms, or related technology services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling into Financial Services, Communications/Media/Tech, Products, Public Sector, Health & Life Sciences, or Resources.
• Demonstrated ability to carry and close against a quota of $20M+ annually.
• Minimum 5 years of sales pursuit management across the full sales cycle.
• Experience co-selling with at least one major ecosystem partner (Palantir, AWS, Microsoft, Databricks, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsabilités

• Originate, qualify, and drive net-new sales opportunities across assigned industry accounts, with accountability for a $32M+ annual sales target.
• Develop compelling value propositions addressing complex client challenges using AI, GenAI, and agentic solutions.
• Engage senior management, define pursuit strategy, shape commercial frameworks, and develop the opportunity narrative.
• Mobilize ecosystem partners to structure larger, outcome-oriented deals.
• Partner with account teams and delivery leaders to ensure smooth post-close transition and strong client outcomes.
• Travel required: 25–75% depending on portfolio and client needs.
