Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Sales Capture Lead to originate and own high-value opportunities in AI-enabled transformations. You will engage C-suite executives, shape deals early, and drive a $32M+ annual sales target across industry accounts.

Leverage Palantir, AWS, Databricks and other ecosystem partners to structure larger, outcome-based deals, while collaborating with account teams for strong client outcomes. Travel 25–75% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience selling cloud-based data solutions, AI/ML platforms, or related technology services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling into Financial Services, Communications/Media/Tech, Products, Public Sector, Health & Life Sciences, or Resources.
• Demonstrated ability to carry and close against a quota of $20M+ annually.
• Minimum 5 years of sales pursuit management across the full sales cycle.
• Experience co-selling with major ecosystem partners (Palantir, AWS, Microsoft, Databricks).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if Associate’s degree, 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Originate, qualify, and drive net-new sales opportunities across assigned industry accounts, with a $32M+ annual target.
• Develop compelling value propositions addressing complex client challenges using AI and partner-powered solutions.
• Engage senior management, define pursuit strategy, shape commercial frameworks, and narrative.
• Mobilize ecosystem partners to structure larger, outcomes-driven deals.
• Partner with account teams and delivery leaders for smooth post-close transition.
