Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to design and deliver automation solutions that free staff to focus on resident care. You’ll own the automation lifecycle from requirements through production support, building UiPath-based RPA, API, and AI-driven automations and coordinating them with Maestro, Stagehand, and other code-first tools.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in automation/engineering, strong UiPath experience, and familiarity with healthcare systems.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or six+ years equivalent experience.
UiPath developer certification preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Build end-to-end automations (UIPath, API, agentic) from requirements to production support.
Lead automation projects, collaborating with business users and IT teams.
Work in AI-first environment and manage code in Git; orchestrate with UiPath Maestro.
