Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Three to five years of experience in business analysis and hands-on RPA development.
• Experience with UiPath and AI-enabled automation.
• Healthcare/insurance/public sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document processes and requirements.
• Design, develop and test UiPath automations with REFramework.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities and ROI.
• Configure and deploy secure automation in UiPath Orchestrator.
• Develop AI-enabled automation using document understanding, OCR, and LLMs.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements.
• Develop dashboards to measure automation impact.
