Job summary

CommunityCare, Inc. is seeking an Automation Engineer to deliver end-to-end automation by blending business analysis, RPA development, and AI technologies.

You will design, develop, and support UiPath automations, integrating OCR, document understanding, and AI Center capabilities to improve enterprise operations. You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement secure deployment in UiPath Orchestrator, and drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computing or engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on RPA development and business analysis.
• Experience with UiPath in enterprise settings and production deployments.
• Proven ability to apply AI to automate processes using LLMs and document understanding.
• Healthcare, insurance, or public sector exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes with PDD/SDD artifacts.
• Design and implement scalable automation using UiPath REFramework and queues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize automation, ROI, and governance.
• Develop and test UiPath automations, ensuring secure deployments in Orchestrator.
• Build reusable .NET components and publish shared libraries.
• Create AI-enabled automation using Document Understanding and OCR.
• Monitor production performance, analyze KPIs, and resolve issues.
• Develop dashboards to report automation value and efficiency.
• Support CI/CD pipelines for automation solutions.
• Maintain code quality through peer reviews and standards.
