Job summary

Granicus is seeking a Manager of Product Management for Content Management Systems to lead the strategy, roadmaps, and execution of our CMS offerings for government and destination marketing customers. You will own current CMS portfolios and drive next-generation AI-forward content management products.

You will work closely with engineering, UX, and GTM teams to balance customer needs with platform modernization, security, and scalable experiences, while spending significant time with customers

Qualifications

• Significant B2B SaaS or enterprise product management experience.
• Strong customer orientation with direct engagement to shape product strategy.
• Hands-on prototyping of products and features using AI-assisted tools.
• Experience owning established products while leading modernization or new product efforts.
• Knowledge of content workflows, governance, accessibility, and multi-channel delivery.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled capabilities with attention to security and privacy.
• Strong technical fluency and collaboration with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
• Excellent communication and decision-making in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own CMS product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for government and destination marketing markets.
• Define AI-forward content management experiences to help customers publish and organize content.
• Develop deep understanding of government and destination customers’ workflows and governance needs.
• Spend time with customers and prospects for discovery, validation, and roadmap alignment.
• Prototype concepts and test ideas with customers before full-scale development.
• Use AI-assisted tools to explore solutions and refine ideas with engineering and design.
• Balance investments across current products, modernization, and next-gen innovations.
• Translate strategy into scalable product experiences through cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead portfolio outcomes: adoption, engagement, retention, revenue growth, and platform health.
