Job summary

Granicus is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own the product outcome for a high‑assurance, AI‑native delivery team. You will drive the end‑to‑end product, directly oversee the agent array, and implement front‑end experiences with rigorous review and accessibility in a FedRAMP‑authorized environment.

You will harmonize product, design, and engineering leadership, set acceptance criteria, and maintain a strong cadence for delivery across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end software products with strong ownership.
• Proficiency in frontend engineering and modern JS/TS frameworks.
• Ability to align product design, user research, and engineering execution.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of working in regulated or high-assurance environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the product outcome end-to-end for the team, including roadmap commitment and quality.
• Direct the agent array across Interactive, Supervised, and Fully Autonomous modes.
• Implement production frontend code from the same repository as the engineering team.
• Apply product and design rigor at every stage (discovery, research, IA, interaction design, prioritization).
• Define prompts, evaluation criteria, and acceptance criteria for agent work and verifications.
• Enforce human review gate and accessibility standards in collaboration with lead engineer.
