Job summary

Granicus seeks an AI Product Lead to own the end-to-end product outcomes for an AI-native software team, translating intent into shipped frontend experiences and guiding the agent array across interactive, supervised, and autonomous modes. You will work within a FedRAMP‑like environment to ensure compliance while partnering with design, engineering, and security teams.

In this remote, full-time role, you will define the roadmap, craft acceptance criteria, and enforce human review gates and WCAG

Qualifications

• End-to-end product delivery demonstrated by owning surface from discovery to live production
• Proficiency in frontend tech (JavaScript/TypeScript, React) and translating design into code
• Design discipline with information architecture, interaction, and accessibility focus
• Experience guiding AI coding agents and controlling risk with proper review gates
• Ability to define how teams work and establish reusable patterns
• High autonomy in uncertain environments and ability to shape direction

Responsibilities

• Own the product outcome of the team end to end, including roadmap commitment
• Direct the agent array across Interactive, Supervised, and Fully Autonomous modes
• Write and deliver production front-end code in collaboration with engineering
• Apply product and design rigor at every stage including research and prioritization
• Create prompts, evaluation criteria, and acceptance tests for agents and verifiers
• Enforce human review gate and accessibility standards (WCAG) from outset
• Maintain cadence and contribute to a scalable operating model across teams
