Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead and accelerate Workplace Services' AI initiatives. The role collaborates with the Director of Workplace AI Strategy & Initiatives to translate strategy into action, manage governance, and drive responsible AI adoption across the business.

The candidate will partner with multiple teams, oversee execution from concept to delivery, and champion AI-driven process improvements while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities within a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program, project, or business management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong process improvement and business transformation skills.
• AI fluency with hands-on experience building AI solutions.
• Ability to build relationships, create alignment, and drive commitments across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI program execution across Workplace Services.
• Build partnerships across Digital, Risk, L&D, AI strategy, technology, digital, risk, compliance, marketing and communications teams.
• Influence without authority, navigate competing priorities, and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Drive accountability by proactively managing follow-ups, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops that result in clear decisions, ownership, and next steps.
