Qualifications

• 5+ years of program, project, or business management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong process improvement and business transformation skills.
• AI fluency and hands-on experience building AI solutions.
• Ability to build relationships, create alignment, and drive commitments across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in a complex organization.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and decision-making forums.
• Strong organizational skills with a bias for action, ownership, and accountability.
• Preferred: Financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI program execution across Workplace by leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring delivery aligned with priorities.
• Build partnerships across Workplace Services and AI strategy, technology, risk, and compliance teams.
• Influence without authority, navigate competing priorities, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Proactively manage follow-ups, risks, dependencies, and action items; drive accountable progress.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops that yield clear decisions and owner‑ship.
