Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a highly motivated AI Program Manager to lead Workplace Services' AI strategy execution, collaborating with the Director of Workplace AI Strategy & Initiatives to turn AI strategy into action. The role focuses on cross‑functional execution, stakeholder alignment, and responsible AI adoption across the business.

You will drive initiatives from concept through delivery, partner with multiple teams, and foster an AI‑enabled culture while championing continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program, project, or business management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong process improvement and business transformation skills.
• AI fluency and real hands‑on experience with building solutions with AI.
• Ability to build relationships, create alignment, and drive commitments across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in a complex organization.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and decision‑making forums.
• Strong organizational skills with a bias for action, ownership, and accountability.
• Preferred qualifications include financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI initiatives from concept to delivery aligned with strategic priorities.
• Build partnerships across Workplace Services and AI strategy, technology, digital, risk, and compliance teams.
• Influence without authority and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Proactively manage follow-ups, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops that result in clear decisions, ownership, and next steps.
• Support executive communications and updates for leadership and steering committees.
• Build and manage a pipeline of internal AI opportunities and drive adoption.
